She then saved me again when my flight was canceled and I arrived home a day later. Without skipping a beat she assured me the dogs would be fine, she'd take care of them. My Cavapoo Ollie had his very first hair cut/spa day with Michelle and we were thrilled! Michelle is so gentle, caring and knowledgeable and my pup loves her. I would never take him anywhere else. And she not only does an amazing job, she is efficient and Ollie never has to go in a crate and wait to be groomed for hours.
